We hereby inform you about the possibilities to rent our luxury penthouse apartment at Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort in Torre-Pachecco. Our apartment is located on the top floor of Block 5 of the Mirador apartment complex on the Santa-Rosalia Lake Resort. The rental apartment therefore has no direct neighbours and is located approximately 10 meters away from the other buildings. ​

The house to be rented is intended for 2 people only (as part of the apartment is excluded from rental) and is equipped with 1 bedroom with bathroom, a large living room with a spacious open kitchen and two ground-floor terraces, one at the front and one at the rear of the house. So enjoy both the sun and the shade with a terrace of 18 m2 at the rear and a large terrace of 24 m2 on the sunny side (4 x 6 metres). ​

The apartment has its own parking space and can be reached by stairs and elevator. From the southern terrace you have a view of the shared swimming pool and the large lake, where you can enjoy a swim or lie on the beach. ​ The living room has a flat-screen smart TV, a sofa and a sitting area. The living room has a sliding door to the large south facing terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with a bar with bar stools, electric hob, oven and microwave. The kitchen has a sliding door to the shaded rear terrace and provides access to the utility room. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer and sink.
